P-class carbon steel materials are used in LPG tanks. For other tanks, materials suitable for the product to be stored and the pressure class are preferred. CNS Tank utilizes design standards such as AD MERKBLATT CODE 2000, EN 13445, ADR 2013, EN 12493, and ASME Section VIII Division 1 in tank designs.

The company has the flexibility to produce according to different standards depending on customer requirements. The production process is audited by third-party organizations such as Türk Loydu, Germanischer Lloyd, Tüv-Süd, and Bureau Veritas. These audits are conducted at important stages such as design, certification, NDT (radiographic, penetrant, etc.), welder certifications, hydrostatic testing, and leak testing.
