Evaporators can be produced in desired capacities depending on ambient conditions, and stainless steel pipes are used for high-pressure evaporators. Additionally, the design pressure of the evaporators ranges from 40 bar to 250 bar, while the test pressure varies between 60 bar and 375 bar.
The capacities in the table above are determined based on 75% relative humidity and a 20°C ambient temperature. These capacities are calculated for Liquid Nitrogen (LIN) and an 8-hour operating period. Evaporators are manufactured with CE certification in accordance with the 97/23/EC (Pressure Equipment Directive) standards.
The design pressure of the evaporator ranges from 40 bar to 250 bar, which are limits set for the safe and efficient operation of the evaporator. The test pressure, on the other hand, is applied to verify the durability and safety of the evaporator and varies between 60 bar and 375 bar.
The ability to produce evaporators in various capacities and to tailor them to different operating conditions allows for customization according to the specific needs of customers.
